1. Change of nomination(s) / substitutions at last minute are accepted. However, Cancellations of registrations / nomination(s) are not accepted.

2. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment / declaration on payment.

3. Pre-registration and prepayment is essential for participation.

4. Registration will be accepted on “First-come-First Served’ basis.                 

5. Delegate fee is non-refundable.
